VMAA Mediation Clause

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall first be referred to mediation at Vancouver, British Columbia under the mediation rules of the Vancouver Maritime Arbitrators Association. If the mediation is concluded without settlement of the dispute, the dispute shall then be referred to arbitration at Vancouver under the arbitration rules of the Association.
