Guohua, Wang (International Arbitrator)

Prof. Wang Guohua is an authoritative expert in maritime law, maritime international private law in China, meanwhile she also holds the post of Vice-President of China Society of Private International Law and routine director of Committee of Chinese Society of International Law, vice-chairman of Maritime Law Research Society and the B&R Research Society of Shanghai Law Society, Vice-chairman of Maritime Regulations Research Professional Committee of China Institute of Navigation, and expert member of research square of China Maritime Law. She is the arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and China Maritime Arbitration Commission. She published numerous scholarships and papers in maritime law and maritime international private law, participated in more than ten teaching materials in private international law. Tens of them were published in CSSCI and Chinese core periodicals. Especially the paper of “on Conflicts of Law in Maritime Affair” was reproduced in entirety by copied newspaper documents of Renmin University of China. Prof. Wang Guohua host more than 20 national or provincial projects supported by National Social Science Foundation, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Justice, Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Project, and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government.
