Until his retirement in June of 2012, Peter’s legal practice over 45 years included all aspects of maritime law including collision, salvage, oil pollution, marine insurance, cargo and passenger carriage as well as commercial matters such as purchases, sales, financing and chartering of vessels. Peter’s practice included litigation in Supreme Court of British Columbia and Federal Court of Canada at trial and appellant levels as well as in mediation and arbitration as counsel and arbitrator or mediator.
